General Principles
Cancellations typically stop future renewals/billing where applicable.
If a plan is already active or usage is recorded, the used portion is generally not refundable.
A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund. See Refund Policy for details.
Timing Considerations
Before start: cancellations requested before the plan start date/time and with no usage may be eligible for adjustments after verification.
During active period: cancellation may apply to future periods; past usage remains chargeable.

Submit a cancellation request using the Refund & Cancellation form with your subscription ID/booking ID and relevant details.
